Plandemic: staged & planned pandemic
Yap, there were staged planning events for such a “plandemic” before 2020, including all listed below, as well as the USA nationwide CDC Quarantine Program job postings from November 2019 and a coronavirus patent. All that well in advance of when this pandemic supposedly started, spontaneously erupted and disseminated globally in a manner that could never be explained through person to person contagion.
All the events below are listed in descending chronological order:
June 2020: Prince Charles praised the great reset agenda for its potential to “make people more receptive to big visions of change” after having suffered through “unprecedented schockwaves.”
“We have a golden opportunity to seize something good from this crisis — its unprecedented shockwaves may well make people more receptive to big visions of change,” the prince told the WEF.
Prince Charles may have let on more than he cared to share, or thought you would notice. Again, he’s telling you that the great reset was always the plan. COVID-19 is the excuse.
In other words, the coronavirus crisis presents a golden opportunity for the global establishment to further its agenda upon a frightful and angry population that has been so beaten down by the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns that they will have become more susceptible to giving over their freedoms to the idea of greater centralized power and control.
Prince Charles went on, “As we move from rescue to recovery, we have a unique but rapidly shrinking window of opportunity to learn lessons and reset ourselves on a more sustainable path. It is an opportunity we have never had before and may never have again.”
The British royal’s words echo those of WEF Director Schwab, who's quote is a bit further down (photo).
Again, why is the window of opportunity so narrow? Could the seeds of their grand strategy only flower while the world was distracted and divided amidst the chaos?
June 2020: Now is the time for a 'great reset' and The Great Reset (official site)
After calling for a great reset in 2014, the Davos crowd repeated the same ideology for a few more years before pivoting towards simulating faux pandemic scenarios.
A few months after the WEF established that nobody was prepared to deal with a coronavirus pandemic, the WHO declared there was a coronavirus pandemic.
All of a sudden! the great reset narrative that the WEF had been nurturing for six years, found a place to pitch its tent in the “new normal” camp.
18 October 2019: Event 201 - Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise in New York, NY. The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences:
“The next severe pandemic will not only cause great illness and loss of life but could also trigger major cascading economic and societal consequences that could contribute greatly to global impact and suffering.”
“There are major unmet global vulnerabilities and international system challenges posed by pandemics that will require new robust forms of public-private cooperation to address.”
“Governments will need to partner with traditional and social media companies to research and develop nimble approaches to countering misinformation.”
“Media companies should commit to ensuring that authoritative messages are prioritized and that false messages are suppressed including though [sic] the use of technology.”
Together, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, the World Economic Forum, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation submitted seven recommendations for governments, international organizations, and global business to follow in the event of a pandemic.

World Unprepared for Pandemic: WHO - “The next deadly pandemic could spread within thirty-six hours, disrupt economies and destabilize national security, WHO and World Bank experts have said. The experts said current efforts to manage a pandemic are “grossly insufficient.” Epidemic-prone viral diseases such as Ebola, SARS, and the flu have become increasingly difficult to control, as long-term armed conflicts, forced migration, and weak and failed states become more commonplace in the world, the report warned.”
18 September 2019: Preparedness for a High-Impact Respiratory Pathogen Pandemic: Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security was commissioned by the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board (GPMB) to assess the state of readiness for a high-impact respiratory pathogen pandemic—that is, pathogens with the potential for widespread transmission and high observed mortality. If a high-impact respiratory pathogen were to emerge, either naturally or as the result of the accidental or deliberate release, it would likely have significant public health, economic, social, and political consequences.
This report examines the current state of preparedness for pandemics caused by “high-impact respiratory pathogens”—that is, pathogens with the potential for widespread transmission and high observed mortality. Were a high-impact respiratory pathogen to emerge, either naturally or as the result of accidental or deliberate release, it would likely have significant public health, economic, social, and political consequences. Novel high-impact respiratory pathogens have a combination of qualities that contribute to their potential to initiate a pandemic. The combined possibilities of short incubation periods and asymptomatic spread can result in very small windows for interrupting transmission, making such an outbreak difficult to contain. The potential for high-impact respiratory pathogens to affect many countries at once will likely require international approaches different from those that have typically occurred in geographically limited events, such as the ongoing Ebola crisis in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
Numerous high-level reviews have been commissioned in recent years to take stock of global preparedness for infectious disease outbreaks, epidemics, and pandemics. These reviews have assessed current preparedness structures and capabilities, have identified existing gaps, and have proposed recommendations for strengthening outbreak prevention, detection, and response. But preparedness for a high-impact respiratory pathogen pandemic has received little specific focus in these high-level reviews. While there has been some focus on improving international and national capacities for pandemic influenza, specifically after the 2009 H1N1 pandemic, there have been few (if any) high-level reviews or recommendations focusing on the possibility of other high-impact respiratory pathogens with pandemic potential. The lack of global attention on and consideration of this threat speaks to the urgency of addressing preparedness for epidemics and pandemics that might be caused by high-impact respiratory pathogens. While there is overlap between the systems and capabilities required to respond to any disease outbreak, a high-impact respiratory pathogen poses serious additional challenges that deserve special consideration.

22 January 2019 — Marc Van Ranst (Belgium Flu Commissioner): How to Join Forces in Influenza Pandemic Preparedness at Influenza Stakeholders Conference
This is the video of a conference given by Marc Van Ranst in front of a selected audience to explain, step by step, the media strategy to be used to manipulate the crowds into believing in a pandemic.
In the first seconds, there is a slide that appears very fleetingly, giving its conflicts of interest (various large pharmaceutical companies).
He explains how to launch information to already prepare for the idea of a pandemic, then it is important to give a name to the virus, a name that strikes the public.
He gives the example of the Mexican flu of 2009. We must disseminate the information that, even in Belgium, there will be cases, even in Belgium there will be deaths.
He quotes with a cynicism the figure of 7 deaths per day and he laughs at it, because he says that there are always deaths of everything, but that the public is struck when we give figures, especially daily, day by day, by involving the media, hence maintaining good relations with the press ... etc.
It's really amazing to see him unwrap this strategy without qualms or conscience. When we see this, we understand that we cannot trust the good faith of this kind of "experts" because they are, above all, at the service of their financial interests.
15 May 2018: Clade X Exercise — Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security hosted the Clade X pandemic tabletop exercise in Washington, DC — sponsored by the World Economic Forum and Gates Foundation. The purpose of the exercise was to illustrate high-level strategic decisions and policies that the United States and the world will need to pursue in order to prevent a pandemic or diminish its consequences should prevention fail.

June 2017: World Bank Launches First-Ever Pandemic Bonds to Support $500 Million Pandemic Emergency Financing Facility. In July 2020, World Bank ditches second round of pandemic bonds and in October 2020 World Bank abandons pandemic bond instrument after disastrous Covid-19 response
October 2017: Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security produced The SPARS Pandemic 2025-2028 — Futuristic Scenario for Public Health Risk Communicators.
It's about SPARS (St. Paul Acute Respiratory Syndrome) coronavirus pandemic of three (3) years, its communication challenges and how to manage them, including vaccines.
Ugh, you better not read it, it might sound eerily familiar … and its timeline might freak you out.

January 2014: The World Economic Forum launches The Great Reset with its report “The Reshaping of the World: Consequences for Society, Politics and Business”.
Between 2014 and 2017, the WEF called to reshape, restart, reboot, and reset the global order every single year, each aimed at solving various “crises.”
In 2010, The Rockefeller Foundation produced a report entitled “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development” with funded a scenario-planning exercise that envisioned how hypothetical future events could impact the development of technology. It envisions how the world would be impacted in four different scenarios (including a global pandemic).
Jan. 2020: Police State Contagion: US Plan to Use Bioweapons to Impose Martial Law One Quarantine at a Time, a video with a clip from 2014 in which Harry Vox breaks down the Rockefeller Lockstep scenario eerily similar to 2020.
2009: Swine flu hoax in 2009 (and in 1976) was a very successful rehearsal too …
2005: Bird flu hoax was another rehearsal … for 2020.
14 January 2005: Atlantic Storm was a ministerial table-top exercise convened by the Center for Biosecurity of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, the Center for Transatlantic Relations of the Johns Hopkins University, and the Transatlantic Biosecurity Network. The exercise used a fictitious scenario designed to mimic a summit of transatlantic leaders forced to respond to a bioterrorist attack. These transatlantic leaders were played by current and former officials from each country or organization represented at the table. There was an audience of observers from governments on both sides of the Atlantic as well as from the private sector, but the venue was designed to focus all attention on the summit principals and their discussions around the table. 2003: Patent US20060257852A1 and Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus
22-23 June 2001: The Dark Winter exercise, held at Andrews AFB, Washington, DC, portrayed a fictional scenario depicting a covert smallpox attack on US citizens. The scenario is set in 3 successive National Security Council (NSC) meetings (Segments 1, 2 and 3) that take place over a period of 14 days. Former senior government officials played the roles of NSC members responding to the evolving epidemic; representatives from the media were among the observers of these mock NSC meetings and played journalists during the scenario's press conferences.
Shining Light on “Dark Winter” (2002): On 22–23 June 2001, the Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Strategies, in collaboration with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Analytic Services Institute for Homeland Security, and the Oklahoma National Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism, held a senior-level exercise entitled “Dark Winter” that simulated a covert smallpox attack on the United States. The first such exercise of its kind, Dark Winter was constructed to examine the challenges that senior-level policy makers would face if confronted with a bioterrorist attack that initiated outbreaks of highly contagious disease. The exercise was intended to increase awareness of the scope and character of the threat posed by biological weapons among senior national security experts and to bring about actions that would improve prevention and response strategies.

The folks at Davos want a new world order, and the only thing standing in their way at the moment is US. And if they get their New Normal, nothing will be the same ever again...unless, perhaps, if Donald Trump wins in November.
