Italian government is now backing down and suggesting lighter restrictions after many business and restaurants have opened in defiance of the law. Which proves governments will back down on these draconian measures if businesses fight back!!! As officials talk of tighter lockdown, Italian restaurants open their doors in protest (16/1-21)

Decree Law (5 January 2021): It seems that in the latest decree published in the official gazette there is a nasty surprise for all those who believe in the fundamental right to freedom of therapeutic choice: in defiance of the law on informed consent, the possibility of acting against the will expressed by the patient or his guardian!
Bottom line: The Italian government has approved a law which allows doctors to vaccinate people recovered in nursing homes regardless of the authorization of their families. Globalism wants to forcefully vaccinate people. There's nothing more criminal than globalism.

On 5 October 2020, the Italian philosopher of biopolitics, Giorgio Agamben, published his most powerful and poetic text yet on the coronavirus crisis. Titled Quando la casa brucia, this was Agamben’s sixteenth text about the crisis; yet unlike the others it was not immediately translated and circulated around the world. The widespread attempts to silence him by the enemies of reason have had their effect, and the academics, students, journalists and philosophers that once hung on his every word have now consigned Agamben to the ranks of the ‘COVID-deniers’ and other, equally foolish, dismissals. So I took it upon myself to translate his text, and with the help of Carlo Rimassa, a native Italian-speaker, produced a translation which we published on the ASH website as When the House Burns: Giorgio Agamben on the Coronavirus Crisis. I won’t try to summarise its many wisdoms and beauties here, but towards the end of the text Agamben, who uses the metaphor of a burning house for the destruction of the pre-COVID world by our opportunist governments, reflects on the duties of those of us confronted with the stubborn indifference of the people who still, after 9 months, refuse to see what is being done with their consent and collaboration.
