настало время затронуть очень важную тему, пожалуйста, читайте очень внимательно!

Поговорим о медицинском страховании. Что это? Зачем это? Всем надо или нет? Сколько стоит? И многие другие вопросы постараемся для вас прояснить.

Медицинское страхование — ДМС — это страхование, которое позволяет получить медицинские услуги в случае болезни. Если вам потребуется медицинская помощь, вы сможете попасть к врачу и не платить за приём, т.к. его покроет страховка.

По закону России (№ 115-ФЗ от 25.07.2002 «О правовом положении иностранных граждан в Российской Федерации») все иностранные граждане должны иметь медицинское страхование. Если вы его не сделаете, то ВСЕ расходы на медицинскую помощь обязаны возместить сами.

Это значит, что если вы заболели (может быть, это простуда, может быть — операция), и у вас нет медицинского полиса — вы будете платить за все услуги врача сами (в случае операции сумма может быть очень большая, в районе
100 000 — 200 000 рублей). Один прием врача-терапевта стоит в среднем около 1000 рублей. Обычно в случае простуды нужно ходить к врачу 1-3 раза за две недели, то есть вы потратите около 2000-3000 рублей.

Мы очень рекомендуем ВСЕМ студентам без исключения сделать медицинское страхование, т.к. это получается намного дешевле. Стоимость мед. полиса в среднем — 4000 рублей за ГОД. Все экстренные и острые заболевания обычно покрываются страховкой (часто не покрывается дерматолог и некоторые виды анализов).

Вы можете купить полис любой страховой компании России (мы настоятельно рекомендуем приобретать именно российский полис, т.к. полисы других стран могут не иметь контракта с больницами в России и Томске).

Кроме того, рекомендуем приобретать полис от укуса клеща на весенний, летний и осенний период. Полис от клеща стоит обычно около 200-500 рублей в год, приобрести также можно у любой из страховых компаний. Напоминаем, что Томская область входит в число лидеров по количеству укусов клещей по стране. Это может быть довольно опасно, так как клещи являются переносчиками многих заболеваний.

Клещ — маленькое членистоногое животное, паразит, который пьет кровь других животных и человека. Опасность состоит в том, что при укусе клещ может передать вирус энцефалита или боррелиоза (болезнь Лима/Лайма) тому, кого он кусает. При отсутствии лечения и срочной терапии эти два заболевания часто приводят к смерти или инвалидности человека. Живут клещи в траве, на кустах. Территория города частично обрабатывается, чтобы клещей не было, но, к сожалению, это не может гарантировать их полное отсутствие. Поэтому старайтесь не ходить по траве, после прогулки в лес — осматривайте тело и одежду.

Medical insurance allows you to receive medical services in case of illness. If you need medical aid, you can go to the doctor and not pay for the appointment, because it will be covered by insurance.

According to the law of Russia (No. 115-FZ of 25.07.2002 "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation"), all foreign citizens must have medical insurance. If you do not have it, then ALL medical care fees should be covered by you.

This means that if you get sick (maybe it's a cold, maybe it's an operation) and you don't have a medical policy, you will pay for all medical services yourself (in case of an operation, the amount can be very large, about 100,000-200,000 rubles). One appointment with a general practitioner costs about 1,000 rubles on average. Usually, in case of a cold, you need to go to the doctor 1-3 times in two weeks, that is, you will spend about 2,000-3,000 rubles.

We highly recommend ALL students, without exception, geting health insurance, because it is much cheaper. The cost of a medical insurance policy on average is 4,000 rubles per YEAR. All urgent and acute illnesses are usually covered by insurance (however the dermatologist and some types of tests are often not covered).

You can buy a policy from any insurance company in Russia (we strongly recommend purchasing a Russian policy, because policies of other countries may not have a contract with hospitals in Russia and Tomsk).

In addition, we recommend purchasing a tick bite policy for the spring, summer, and autumn periods. A tick policy usually costs about 200-500 rubles per year; you can also purchase it from any of the insurance companies. We remind you that Tomsk region is among the leaders in the number of tick bites in the country. This can be quite dangerous as ticks carry many diseases.

The tick is a small arthropod animal, a parasite that drinks the blood of other animals and humans. The danger is that it can transmit the virus of encephalitis or borreliosis (Lyme disease) to the person it bites. Without treatment and urgent therapy, these two diseases often lead to death or disability. Ticks live in the grass, on the bushes. The territory of the city is partially treated against ticks, but, unfortunately, this cannot guarantee their complete absence. Therefore, try not to walk on the grass, and check the body and clothes after a walk in the forest.
