CIA Experimented on Hundreds of Danish Orphans, Torturing Them to Reveal Psychopathic Traits (29/12-21): According to a new documentary out of Denmark, which interviewed former victims, the Central Intelligence Agency secretly carried out experiments on 311 orphaned children. The experiments were meant to reveal psychopathic traits and map out the link between schizophrenia and heredity. According to the report, the children were tortured in clear violation of the Nuremberg Code of 1947 that introduced ethical restrictions for experiments on humans.

What’s Not Being Said About the Pfizer Coronavirus Vaccine … “Human Guinea Pigs”? Doctors of Death (2012): For more than 80 years doctors and scientists on all sides have experimented on humans to perfect weapons of mass destruction - often with fatal results. This is the terrible, and sometimes absurd, untold story.
The latest episode of Dirk Pohlmann’s Cold War Secrets series actually starts in the 1930s, when Japan’s notorious Unit 731 carried out brutal experiments on the population of recently invaded Manchuria. Whole villages and towns were deliberately infected with plague, and sufferers were dissected alive. Prisoners of war were shot and operated on without anaesthetic so army doctors could practise field surgery. In World War II Germany, concentration camp doctors like Josef Mengele selected twins and Romany prisoners for obscure medical experiments, and killed enemy prisoners in low temperature or high altitude tests, supposedly to protect their own sailors and airmen.
After the War, many Nazi Doctors of Death were brought to justice. But in Japan the head of Unit 731 cut a deal with US intelligence; the Americans knew they could never replicate biological data gained through experiments on humans. There are suggestions the US used Japanese bio-weapons in the Korean War – but America began to suspect the North Koreans had their own unorthodox methods: brainwashing US prisoners with drugs.
It was the start of a chemical arms race, reaching its peak in the 1960s and 70s with LSD as the mind-control secret weapon of both sides, intended to cripple the enemy without firing a shot. The US showed drugs experiments in army-sponsored TV documentaries, while in Czechoslovakia – the drugs laboratory for the whole Eastern Bloc - the state-controlled movie industry was enrolled to shoot surreal feature films portraying the drugs experience.
Besides biological and chemical weapons, both Americans and Soviets routinely exposed their own soldiers to nuclear fallout in A-bomb tests. According to General Jan Sejna, the highest-ranking military defector from the East, the Soviets even tied living prisoners of war to stakes as human guinea-pigs in their nuclear tests.
The film has a moving and shocking interview with a Japanese doctor who operated on unanaesthetised prisoners. A captured US pilot is seen making an apparently false confession in Korea. A Czech military chemist explains how chemical weapons are deployed, and a victim of a drug-fuelled interrogation describes the experience. The man who debriefed Czech defector Jan Sejna describes the terrifying network of experimentation behind chemical, biological and atomic weapons. The Cold War is over, but weapons development – and testing – continues.

By the time Cherlynn Mathias was ready to blow the whistle on Dr. Michael McGee two years ago, it had been clear for quite a while that something fishy was going on. For one thing, there were the hokey infomercials touting his experimental vaccine for malignant melanoma, a particularly nasty form of cancer, as if it were a Veg-O-Matic.
Excerpt: But no matter what regulations, what standardized forms, what oversight committees the government and institutions end up putting in place, in the end, it's still up to the researcher to treat his subjects with dignity and care. In fact, argues University of Virginia bioethicist Jonathan Moreno, there's a downside to stronger protectionism: "When you take away the discretion of scientists, it's possible they'll shrug their shoulders and say, 'Protecting subjects isn't my job. Someone else will have to take care of it.' And if we don't have a morally responsible community of investigators, then nothing we do will make a difference."
That said, everyone involved in an experiment has the duty to put the subjects' interests first. Says Duke's Sugarman: "The moral responsibility for the protection of patients lies with the investigator, the sponsors, the people who carry out the research: nurses, assistants, technicians, research pharmacists. You can't just say, 'The IRB said it was O.K.'"

That's what dozens of college-age Nebraskans did in 1998 after reading a school-newspaper ad urging students to "earn extra money." They called 402-474-PAYS, signed a seven-page consent form and popped a pill loaded with the active ingredient in Raid roach spray. Dow AgroSciences commissioned the trial to vouch for the safety of one of its top-selling bug killers, chlorpyrifos.”

What is MONARCH Mind Control? — The evidence for the existence of Project MONARCH comes entirely in the form of victim testimonies, which are often based on memories recovered through hypnosis. MK-Ultra: MK-Ultra was a top-secret CIA project in which the agency conducted hundreds of clandestine experiments—sometimes on unwitting U.S. citizens—to assess the potential use of LSD and other drugs for mind control, information gathering and psychological torture. Though Project MK-Ultra lasted from 1953 until about 1973, details of the illicit program didn’t become public until 1975, during a congressional investigation into widespread illegal CIA activities within the United States and around the world.
What We Know About the CIA’s Midcentury Mind-Control Project
Brainwashed: The echoes of MK-ULTRA — During the Cold War, the CIA secretly funded mind-control experiments on unwitting Canadians in a program codenamed MK-ULTRA. The experiments laid the groundwork for modern-day torture techniques. And victims and their families are still seeking recognition and justice.
Unit 731: Nightmare in Manchuria (1998) — Unit 731 was a covert Japanese facility for biological warfare research run by Lt. General Shiro Ishii and based in Manchuria. Thousands upon thousands of Chinese were killed and mutilated in the most horrific manner, including live vivisection, during the Second Sino-Japanese War (1937–1945) and World War II.
An anonymous medical assistant described in a New York Times interview his first vivisection:
“The fellow knew that it was over for him, and so he didn't struggle when they led him into the room and tied him down. But when I picked up the scalpel, that’s when he began screaming. I cut him open from the chest to the stomach, and he screamed terribly, and his face was all twisted in agony. He made this unimaginable sound, he was screaming so horribly. But then finally he stopped. This was all in a day’s work for the surgeons, but it really left an impression on me because it was my first time.”
How could such cruelty be perpetrated? The victims were dehumanised by being referred to as ‘logs’. As mere ‘wood’ anything could be done to them, including burning and cutting them alive, as explained in this documentary.
Japan Confronting Gruesome War Atrocity (1995): “He is a cheerful old farmer who jokes as he serves rice cakes made by his wife, and then he switches easily to explaining what it is like to cut open a 30-year-old man who is tied naked to a bed and dissect him alive, without anesthetic.”
Human Guinea Pigs: Experimentation on Man (1967) — The British physician, Maurice Henry Pappworth, who is the author of this book takes a clear and determined position, which he shores up with a mass of detailed evidence.
His view is that clinical research must go on but that "acknowledged and observed" safeguards for the patient must be established in order to control "an expanding minority" who "resort to unethical and probably illegal practices." If anyone doubts that such a problem exists, the book provides numerous documented examples of children and elderly, mentally ill, and otherwise weak or defenseless persons who have been subjected to reckless and occasionally cruel experiments. The author's moral indignation is unmistakable, but it does not prevent him from presenting a logical argument. Few if any physicians will take issue with Dr. Pappworth's ethical principles, which he identifies as: equality (the golden rule); valid consent; prohibited subjects (eg, mental incompetents); previous animal experiments; experimenter's competence; and proper records.
