You can select how to open the action menu. To change the settings, do the following:
Press the three lines icon in the top left corner and go to Settings.
In the Action menu section select the desired option.
Hover
In this case to open the action menu you’ll need to hover your cursor over a message or chat. In the top right corner the three dots icon will appear. Click it and select the desired action.
Right click
To open the action menu, right click on the chat or message. Please note that if you right click again, your browser menu will open instead.

In this case both ways of opening the action menu will work. To open your browser menu instead, you will need to right click twice.
In the mobile app:
Tap and hold the desired chat.
Tap the message.
If you are using the mobile browser version of VK:
Open the chat and tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Tap the message, the action menu will appear at the bottom.
In the mobile app:
Tap and hold the desired chat.
Tap the message.
If you are using the mobile browser version of VK:
Open the chat and tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Tap the message, the action menu will appear at the bottom.
Tap the message, the action menu will appear at the bottom.
To open the chat action menu, open the chat and tap the three dots at the top.
Your search for returned no results.
Try using other keywords, e.g.: "delete profile", "create chat".
