How do I edit a track?

This article is about the desktop version of the browser. Possibilities may differ by platform.

Unfortunately, you can't do this in the app. You have to use the desktop version of the website.

If you’d like to edit the artist, title or lyrics of a track, open the Music section (vk.com/audio), hover the cursor over track and click on the pencil icon to the right. Please be aware that you cannot edit licensed tracks per request of the copyright holders.

Be aware that you cannot edit anything accessed via the Music button in the header of the website. The player only allows you to search for tracks and listen to them.

To edit a playlist, hover the cursor over its cover and click on the pencil icon. Then you can upload a new cover, change the title, edit the description, add or delete tracks. All the changes you’ve made to your playlist will also affect copies of it your friends have saved.
