St. Petersburg is the hometown of VK, and for over ten years, our social network became a symbol of the city. We take great pride in this, which is why we have organized a massive summer celebration for the third time in the Northern Capital — VK Fest.

On the 15th and 16th of July, the most popular artists and VK communities will go offline and enter the real world by recreating the social network on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. On a territory over 42 football fields in size, VK, in conjunction with "Radio Record", has once again built a cozy city where everyone can find something interesting to do. Over 70,000 people from across the country visited last year's festival, so this year we expect even more.

350 interactive stations in 20 thematic zones await you in the 300th Anniversary Park of St. Petersburg. Among the attractions are original entertainment, an alley of the biggest communities, workshops, sports games, computer tournaments, musical performances and presentations by bloggers and speakers. If you wish to attend every station for at least five minutes, it will take over 30 hours.

40 artists across three stages will perform, so each visitor will find someone they like. For example, the rock groups Bi-2 and Mumiy Troll, hip-hop's Jah Khalib and "Miyagi and Endshpiel" as well as pop artists Max Barskih and Loboda. Lectures will be given by Timur Bekmambetov, Alena Vodonaeva and Elena Letuchaya. Popular bloggers YanGO, Wylsacom and Max Brandt will meet with fans, and stars of the television channel "TNT" will perform comedy routines.

VK feels very warm and fuzzy emotions towards St. Petersburg, a feeling that is reciprocated by the city. Last year, before the festival began, there had been rain and hail, but the sun emerged from its hiding place behind the clouds with an hour left before the opening act. The same happened in 2015. St. Petersburg's weather loves us, and we count on that love continuing (but just in case, bring your rain ponchos), *knock three times*.
