Simply go to "Messages", find the necessary chat with your friend or group and send the requested document, spreadsheet or presentation, thereby skipping email, complex addresses or restrictions.

Sending computer files over VK has become more convenient as you can now view a wider variety of Microsoft Office formats: text documents in DOC or DOCX, tables in XLS or XLSX and presentations in PPT and PPTX. Moreover, you needn't download files any more. When you click on a file, it will open in a new browser window. This document viewer feature is based on the Microsoft Office Online service.

The document viewer works both in the web version as well as in our apps. In the near future, we will add editing capabilities so that you can work with computer files without needing to log out of VK.
