Thanks to the Support team five years ago, VK changed the way of communicating with users. Last year, the possibility for companies to organize their own VK support services materialized with the help of community messages. Consequently nowadays, 100,000 companies communicate with their clients using this service.
Replacing long searches through contacts, old-fashioned automated voice-menus ("If you want to schedule a doctor's appointment, press 1"), waiting for operator responses ("Please hold, your call is very important for us") and endless email messages, it is a modern, comfortable and practical instrument that works not only in social network but on external websites.
As of today, we are commencing a competition between communities so as to choose the best VK client support service. We ask users to share amazing examples of messages with companies.
If you liked a response from an administrator, forward us the message or a screenshot of it to "VK for Business" community messages. Company representatives may also take part by sending examples of conversations with clients. It doesn't matter the size of the business or how many people are in the community, what is most important is client satisfaction.
The competition will be divided into three stages from 1 December 2016 to 28 February 2017. The winner of each stage will receive a certificate worth 250,000 rubles for advertising on VK, and 10 different communities that show the best results will receive certificates worth 25,000 rubles. The user who sent the most interesting message exchange will receive an iPhone 7 at the competition's conclusion. To learn more about the terms and conditions, read the Competition Rules page.
Finally, the judging of company support services will be those who each day message with thousands of people and know the gold standard of a good answer — the VK Support agents.
For users to text you more often, don't forget to add the "Contact Us" or "Community Messages" widget to your website, and also place a sticker on the door or window or your establishment, whether it is a store, restaurant, cinema, bank or gym.
