Пропуск в университет | University ID card

В корпусах университета и общежитиях действует строгий пропускной режим. Это необходимо для безопасности студентов и сотрудников. Каждый новый студент и сотрудник должен получить пропуск.

Чаще всего пропуск делается по отпечатку пальцев - это удобно, такой пропуск невозможно потерять или забыть дома. Но если отпечатки плохо читаются или студент хочет получить карту, можно оформить карту-пропуск. Для того, чтобы получить пропуск, при заселении директор общежития выдает студенту справку.

С этой справкой и с паспортом студент должен пойти в Бюро пропусков (кабинет 030А главного корпуса ТГУ, проспект Ленина, 36), где у него возьмут отпечатки пальцев, сделают фотографию, и уже через 20 минут он сможет заходить во все корпуса ТГУ и в своё общежитие.

Внимание! В целях безопасности проход в другие общежития для не живущих там студентов заблокирован.

University ID card

There is a strict pass regime in the University buildings and dormitories. This is necessary for the safety of students and staff. Every new student and staff member must get a pass.

Most often the pass is made by fingerprinting, because it is convenient: such a pass can not be lost or forgotten at home. However, if fingerprints are hard to read or a student wants a card, a pass card can be issued. To get a pass, the director of the dormitory gives the student a certificate at check-in.

With this certificate and a passport, a student must go to the Pass Office (office 030A, Main Building, 36 Lenina Prospect), where they will be fingerprinted and photographed. In 20 minutes a student will be able to enter all approved TSU buildings, including the dormitory.

Attention! For security reasons, access to other dormitories is blocked for students who do not live there.
