Сегодня мы расскажем вам, какие этапы конкурса на мобильность существуют.

Если ты уже прочитал все наши статьи про документы, то теперь самое время ознакомиться с процессом отбора на программы мобильности.

Важные моменты процесса отбора студентов на программы мобильности

Несколько раз в учебный год наш офис объявляет об открытии конкурса. В этот момент у нас начинаются очные и онлайн-консультации* по конкурсу, мы также продолжаем консультировать по почте.

Мы можем согласовать время такой консультации, если ты напишешь нам письмо на outgoingspb@hse.ru

Конкурс в среднем открыт месяц, при этом у некоторых вузов-партнеров могут быть ранние дедлайны. Если ты указываешь в заявке университет с ранним дедлайном, то он будет рассматриваться 1-ым приоритетом (даже если ты поставил его на 3 место в заявке).

После закрытия конкурса подводятся итоги, это занимает в среднем месяц. Как только подведены итоги, мы связываемся со студентами и сообщаем, что они прошли на программу мобильности.

Если ты был отобран на программу, то тебе надо дать согласие на участие, после чего ты можешь ожидать этап подготовки к отъезду в вуз-партнер.

Если ты отобран на программу, но отказываешься от участия, то ты выбываешь из конкурса.

При рассмотрении заявок приоритетным считается заявка студента, ранее не участвовавшего в программе мобильности ВШЭ.

Основные шаги на пути к твоему отбору на программу обмена

Шаг 1

Прими решение, что хочешь принять участие в конкурсе на мобильность. И начинай знакомиться с информацией на нашем сайте и в нашей группе в Вконтакте.

Шаг 2

Выбери подходящие программы обмена в вузах-партнерах. Согласуй свой выбор с учебным офисом своей ОП и академическим руководителем.

Шаг 3

Подготовь все необходимые документы и загрузи их в форму в рамках дедлайнов. Не забывай, что существуют ранние дедлайны.

Шаг 4

Дождись результатов отбора. Обычно отбор студентов на мобильность длится месяц после закрытия конкурса.

Шаг 5

Получи результат отбора на почту (не забывай проверять и папку Спам). Результаты мы сообщим с нашего официального почтового адреса outgoingspb@hse.ru

Шаг 6

Начни готовиться к отъезду в страну принимающего вуза, если ты прошёл отбор и дал своё согласие на участие в программе.

Today we will tell you which stages of the Call for academic mobility exist.

Important key points of the students' selecting process for mobility programmes

Several times in academic year, our office announces the opening of the Call. At this moment, we begin face-to-face and online consultations * on the Call, we also continue to advise by email.

We can agree on the time of such a consultation if you email us at outgoingspb@hse.ru

The Call is usually open about a month, while some partner universities may have early deadlines. If you put a university with an early deadline in the application, then it will be considered the 1st priority (even if you put it in 3rd place in your application).

After the closing of the Call, the results are summed up, it takes an average of a month. As soon as the results are summed up, we contact the students and inform them that they have passed the selection for the mobility programmes.

If you have been selected for the exchange programme, you need to confirm your participation in it. After your confirmation the host university will contact you.

If you decide to refuse from the participation, your application will be eliminated from the Call.

The application of a student who has not previously participated in the HSE mobility programme is considered a priority.

The main steps towards your selection for the exchange programme

Step 1

Decide to participate in student exchange and learn the information provided on the website or VK group.

Step 2

Choose the appropriate mobility programme in one of the partner universities and approve your choice with study office and academic supervisor.

Step 3

Prepare the documents necessary for application and apply online on time. Mind the early deadlines.

Step 4

Wait for the Call results. Usually, the selection of students for mobility programmes lasts a month after the closing of the Call.

Step 5

Get a result of your application at the e-mail address (add outgoingspb@hse.ru to the trusted contacts for your email or constantly check your spam folder).

Step 6

Start preparing for departure, if you were offered a place and gave your consent.
