Сегодня мы делимся с вами заключительной статьей про обязательные документы на конкурс. В этой статье мы расскажем про подтверждение знания иностранного языка.
Подтверждающий документ должен соответствовать требованиям принимающего вуза, если таковые имеются. Наличие требований к знанию иностранного языка ты можешь проверить в карточке вуза-партнера на нашем сайте. Уровень знания иностранного языка, на котором ты будешь проходить обучение в принимающем вузе, должен быть не ниже уровня CEFR B2.
Подтверждающий документ может быть в виде:
- действующего международного сертификата по иностранному языку, как TOEFL/CAE и т.п.;
- результата независимого теста ВШЭ по английскому языку (выписку документа можно запросить в учебном офисе);
- документа Europass, который заполняется и подписывается преподавателем иностранного языка Вышки;
- справки из учебного офиса, где указано, что вы обучаетесь полностью на английском языке*;
- сертификата от авторизованной языковой школы или центра.
*Студентам англоязычных образовательных программ автоматически присваивается уровень английского языка B2. Если ваш уровень знания иностранного языка выше B2 и/или у принимающего вуза есть свои требования по этому пункту (например, требуется только действующий сертификат международного образца), то нужно будет предоставить иное подтверждение знания языка.

Today we're sharing with you the final article about the required documents for the Call. In this article we will tell you about the Language proficiency evidence.
The language proficiency evidence must meet the requirements of the host university, if any. You can check the requirements in the card of the partner university on our website. The language proficiency evidence should be not lower than CEFR B2.
Confirmation shall be provided in one of the forms as below:
— A valid International Language Certificate e.g. TOEFL/IELTS/CAE etc. (mandatory, if required by the proposed host university).
— HSE Independent English Test result.
— Europass that can be filled in and signed by HSE language instructor .
— Language proficiency confirmation from an appropriate authority e.g. authorized test centre or language school.
*Students of English-taught degree programmes are awarded B2 level of English language by default and are exempt from this requirement (for English language only). If you're studying at such a program, then as a confirmation you need to provide an extract from the study office, where it will be written that your degree programme is English-taught. If your level of knowledge of a foreign language is higher than B2 and/or the host university has its own requirements (for example, only a valid IELTS certificate is required), then you will need to provide another language proficiency evidence.
**If you don't attend language courses at the HSE/or you need a confirmation of a foreign language other than English, you can apply for a Europass document to any relevant HSE foreign language instructor.
