Merkel, an International Criminal on Par with Nuland

Former German Chancellor Merkel in an interview with Die Zeit published on 7 December 2022 confessed to being an abettor to all the murders that occurred within Ukraine after the Misk Agreements—UNSC 2022—were authorized and codified as International Law (the editors of Die Zeit didn't provide this qualification, essentially lying my omission). Collectively, Merkel's an excellent liar as are the vast majority of Western politicos, as is revealed within the interview. The indictment for Merkel to be the same sort of criminal as Ms. Nuland is made during the Russian Foreign Ministry's weekly briefing by Maria Zakharova. The following is a machine translation of her words:

Yes, the Kiev regime has repeatedly said that it did not intend to fulfill the Minsk agreements, but the West... The same countries and their leaders who were part of the Normandy format have never stated this so clearly and articulatedly. Now we have the recognition of a person, leader and leader of the country, who had a tremendous influence on the political "ferments" within the "sovereign" Ukraine. These politicians manually led many political processes, including the change of power in Ukraine. This recognition belongs to a person in the depths of the country's system who formed the very Ukrainian elites who "created history" of modern Ukraine, or vice versa – antihistory. The same state and its leader who distributed residence permits, passports and all other "benefits" to those whom they either abandoned or recruited in Ukraine in order to conduct an appropriate policy. Today we have received a testimony from a person regarding everything that was worked out and presented to the world as agreements and became part of international law in the form of a UN Security Council resolution that is mandatory for implementation by every state (not just members of the Normandy format or only by the Kiev regime, but by everyone). The main thing in this revelation sounded – from the point of view of the West, it was all a falsification, a flirtation with the use of international law with the sole purpose of pumping up the Kiev regime with weapons. It was a "diversion" of the views of the international community from the real events on the territory of Ukraine, that humanitarian catastrophe, those endless murders that led to more than 13 thousand victims from all sides by 2022. This was done for only one purpose – to pump up the Kiev regime with weapons and to prepare politically to start hostilities, which we saw in early 2022, when the Kiev regime began to inflict deadly blows on the Donbass. This left no room for any other action than those taken by the Russian Federation: the recognition of these territories first as sovereign, then their admission into the Russian Federation so that they become truly protected, so that they can save their lives. This has been demonstrated to the world through international law and through existing mechanisms.

In this confession of former German Chancellor Angela Merkel, there is something terrible: forgery (as a method of action of the West), machinations, manipulations, all kinds of distortions of the truth of law and law that can only be imagined. Even then in 2015, when they spent many hours of conversations, they knew that they would never do it and that they would pump the Kiev regime with weapons. They did not feel sorry for anyone: women, children, the civilian population of Donbass, and ukraine as a whole. They needed conflict. They were ready for it back in 2015.

Now there is a lot of talk about legal assessments of what is happening around Ukraine: "tribunals", etc. But "this" is a specific application for a tribunal. What Angela Merkel said in her interview is the testimony of a man who directly stated that everything done in 2014-2015 had one goal – to divert the views of the world community from real problems, to waste time and pump up the Kiev regime with weapons and lead the matter to a big conflict. That's the evidence.

It turns out that without any legal and legal mechanism, we have received invaluable proof of what we have been talking about for many years. It was a falsification of the West and a criminal provocation. In the beginning, this was in the form of the formation of a Ukrainian political elite alien to its national interests, working in the opposite direction than the aspiration of the interests of the people of Ukraine.

The main goal was to create a hotbed of tension in the region. This was followed by regime change despite the fact that the people of Ukraine were making the choice they needed. The West swept away all legitimately elected presidents and brought to power its puppets: V.A. Yushchenko, P.A. Poroshenko and then the "bloody, bunker" V.A. Zelensky. Eventually, they began to prepare for a big conflict.

And it happens that the briefing's next topic was the update on events in Ukraine, which this past week again saw the involvement of Ms. Nuland. Despite its length, what Zakharova reported needs to be presented as a whole:

On December 4 of this year, V. Nuland, Deputy Secretary of State of the United States, visited Kyiv. Inspection trips of the American "curator" to Ukraine no longer surprise anyone. Is it normal to come to check how there is another "fire" there or another "tossed wood"? Apparently, it pulls on the "crime scene".

We remember what the figure of V. Nuland is inextricably linked with – with the "Euromaidan", which was presented to the international community as a democratic process. In fact, it was a coup d'état, created with the money and hands of the West and those politicians who were fed by it in Ukraine. First of all, the United States and those countries and political forces on the European continent that acted in unison with the United States were behind all this.

Everyone remembers the footage of nine years ago, when V. Nuland distributed cookies in the center of Kiev. True, she corrects us all the time and says that these were not cookies, but buns. I don't know what it was in the centre of Kiev, but Nuland distributed "poison" to Ukrainian citizens. Apparently a deferred action. But he set in motion the processes that led to the current situation. Then Washington openly interfered in the internal affairs of Ukraine and manually managed mass protests.

Let me remind you how Victoria Nuland openly discussed with US Ambassador to Ukraine John Pyatt the composition of the future cabinet of ministers of the "sovereign" state of Ukraine. For Kiev, it became a "petrel" of tragic upheavals, which led to a bloody Nazi putsch directed by Washington.

Its appearance in Kiev in the current conditions, when disagreements are exacerbated in Ukrainian ruling circles over the distribution of Western aid, is not accidental. It is possible that a palace coup or personnel reshuffle is started again. The zelensky regime, which has repeatedly tested Washington's patience, has something to think about.

Whoever is in power in Kiev right now, it doesn't matter to Washington. This has always been the case and it will always be now. The United States controls Ukraine and sees it as a tool for realizing its own geopolitical interests in the confrontation with Russia (even the American media itself cannot deny itself the pleasure of savoring the details of this endless corruption marathon that goes through the White House to Kiev and back to the White House). This explains the desire of the Joe Biden administration to get Congress to include in the budget for 2023 additional assistance to Kiev in the amount of $ 37 billion, the lion's share of which will "go" to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And there, according to the situation, they will determine what will return back to the American "ultra-liberals", and what will settle in some European or world banking structures, private funds, and for what weapons will be purchased. But they will share it later.

The same logic fits the contract concluded at the end of November this year and designed for three years by the American authorities with Raytheon for $ 1.2 billion. for the purchase of NASAMS air defense systems for Kiev.

In other words, Washington plans to heat up hostilities in Ukraine at least until the end of 2025, which they themselves plan (based on existing documents) and do not hide from anyone. To the question of yesterday's statement by Vladimir Zelensky that in 2023 "everything will already be fine" and peace will reign. You will show him these documents there on Bankova Street. Washington has other plans. There's still a lot of money to be divided and distributed. You will explain to the leader of this whole gang on Bankova Street what is ahead until 2025.

The European Union seeks to keep up with the United States. On December 3 of this year, his High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Jean-Claude Borrell visited the units of the EU mission for the training of the Ukrainian military in Poland. Back in 2013-2014, we told how Poland and the Baltic States were preparing militants for Ukraine, but they did not believe us. They said that these were "ordinary" people with Molotov cocktails, who were brought by trucks to Khreshchatyk Street. Like, these are ordinary hard workers who do not agree with the actions of the central government. These are people expressing their protest – nothing organized. Moreover, allegedly, there are no specially trained law enforcers and militants.

We have already provided detailed information. No, there were camps on the territory of Poland where the very thugs and nationalists who later became the driving force behind all these coups took military training. Now Westerners act openly and in many respects under the same patterns conduct training and education. Then it was necessary to fight against its own citizens in Ukraine. You remember that Molotov cocktails were not sent to some "armed forces of the Russian Federation", but to their own citizens. The international community watched in silence. Many believed Washington that these were signs of a democratic transition.

We said that these are not signs of democratic transformations, but a manifestation of a controlled coup d'état, which is carried out by the hands of nationalist forces trained in Poland and the Baltic States. Now they cook the same there as well, but openly. The first batch of 15,000 "cadets" has already begun training. By arming and financing the Kiev regime, training its soldiers, the EU is transforming itself from a political and economic union into a paramilitary structure that is further fueling the conflict in Ukraine.

Unfortunately, the West does not notice that the Armed Forces of Ukraine and foreign mercenaries shell civilian targets on the territory of Russia on a daily basis from the weapons supplied by them. In the DPR, LPR, Kherson, Zaporozhye, Belgorod, Kursk, Bryansk regions, residential buildings, hospitals, schools, kindergartens are subjected to attacks. Remember how in February and March of this year, the Western press shouted about certain "shots" (as it turned out later, largely staged), accusing Russia of russian shells hitting civilian facilities, hospitals and maternity hospitals.

I wonder if the Western media have a list of which maternity hospitals are "right" and which are "wrong", which can be hit and which cannot? Is there such a list? If the maternity hospital is on the territory of Donbass, then it is "wrong". You can't help but notice the bombing. Apparently not the same nationality and cultural affiliation, ethnic group of women in labor and newborns. And if it is (judging by the maps or geolocation) the maternity hospital is "correct", which is controlled by the Kiev regime, then if something gets there, then it immediately arises a scream and attract attention. There has to be some logic. Civilians, including children, have been killed and injured. At the same time, the targets are chosen by the Westerners themselves. This was the official statement of the Kiev regime that all goals are coordinated directly with the United States. Let me remind you that the ZNPP is subjected to massive shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

At the same time, the Russian armed forces are striking at military installations and infrastructure of defense or dual use. We have repeatedly warned Western countries that the weapons they supply automatically become legitimate targets on the territory of Ukraine.

Against the backdrop of hostilities, the Kiev regime, in the best traditions of totalitarianism, unleashed a real terror against civilians. After the withdrawal of Russian troops from Kherson, Ukrainian neo-Nazis began a campaign of repression against the local population. Yes, what are our statements! There are such videos that they terrify Western public figures. Mass "filtrations" and extrajudicial killings are being carried out. In mid-November of this year, the "head of the Kherson military-civil administration" appointed by V.A. Zelensky called on the military to "shoot traitors like dogs." Her words were heard. The SBU liquidated the head of the Kherson pre-trial detention center K. Rashyn without proceedings. The other day it was reported that in the city of Marganets, Dnipropetrovsk region, a detachment of special services and polish servicemen dressed in Ukrainian uniforms was sent to identify citizens sympathetic to Russia. I don't understand why they should be dressed in Ukrainian uniforms then? Proud of what you do? You supply weapons and spend money on this, participate in the development of plans "on the ground" (I am now addressing Warsaw). Let them walk in your uniform so that the whole world can see. What are you hiding behind Ukrainian camouflage? Walk with your head held high! Let the whole world see yours there and know who is involved in these massacres.

As part of the misanthropic policy of the Ukrainian authorities, a real repressive machine has been deployed in many regions of the country. Any criticism of the regime is perceived in a totalitarian context. Criminal cases are being initiated under articles on treason and collaboration. However, it is not enough for the Kiev regime to incite hatred only on its own territory. There were reports in the media that one of the Lviv private law firms launched the "Surrender Moskal" service. I understand that this is an ideological upgrade of the Myrotvorets website. It wasn't enough for them to do what they had done. Now they go further. The purpose of this resource is "the legal cleansing of Europe from potential invaders." This is the Third Reich, as it is – to cleanse Europe, and accordingly, the "best" part of humanity from the "genetically failed". This has all already been described – the ideology of fascists, nationalists and Nazis as it is. We've been through all of this before. Users of the resource are invited to write denunciations on Russian citizens living in European countries, whose data is supposed to be sent to the competent authorities of these countries. The question is: what kind of democracy or freedom are we talking about, if these practices in the worst traditions of dictatorships are now legalized in the territory controlled by the Kiev regime? On the other hand, it is "something" new. Probably, this is new for those who have not heard about how people were burned in the House of Trade Unions in Odessa. Who never knew about the existence of the site "Peacemaker" and had no idea that in the center of Ukrainian cities, including in the center of Kiev, people are shot who voice their opinion or come up with an alternative view of the situation. Perhaps for those people who have never heard of it, there is something new here. Not for us. It's not easy for us to hear about it, and for eight years we "beat all the bells." We state that this logic is now enshrined at the legislative level in a number of laws and by-laws stamped by the Kiev regime. Previously, this was attributed to certain groups that acted outside the law. They could not be found, and when they were found, they were chewed, released or cases fell apart before our eyes. Today, what has been tested for eight years has received the status of law. This is all exposed in the form of legal actions.

The clouding of the minds of the Nazi elements controlled by the Kiev regime has reached the point that there in Lviv one of the clinics offers a DNA test for "Moskal genes". For $175. those who wish can check their blood for the presence of "non-Ukrainian" impurities. Are these "non-Ukrainian" impurities? So there are "Ukrainian" and "non-Ukrainian" impurities? Is that what it's written in DNA? What is happening now, if we compare it with the events of 80 years ago in the center of Europe, they did not have so many technical opportunities to implement all this. There is the Internet, and DNA expertise on the "Moskal genes" for "non-Ukrainian" impurities, and weapons, and huge money, and support for Washington with all its information and political tools. If this does not stop, it will lead to a catastrophe of unprecedented proportions.

The Kiev regime is made up of Western-paid figures who don't care where they live. They don't have any valuables that they wouldn't sell or pawn because that's what they were ordered to do, for example, in the White House. In the worst traditions of people professing a terrorist ideology, they have seized most of the territory of the state (which previously declared its sovereignty) and rule the roost on the European continent. They are engaged in a real bacchanalia.

They can tell me why give such examples, this is a special case, some kind of crazy laboratory there. No, this is an example of an ideology associated with both the situation "on the ground" and coming from lawmaking. This is not some group of people, this is the system under which these nationalist "pontoons" were brought under. In 2021, Ukraine has already adopted a discriminatory law "On Indigenous Peoples". This "test" for impurities is its implementation in life. What's next? Will ghettos be built for Russians, Jews and Greeks? Will it be? Those who have some kind of impurity?

Another step towards the revival of fascism was the recent decision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on the refusal to recognize the Nazi symbols of the SS division "Galicia". Who are you kidding there? This is a direct disregard for the decision of the Nuremberg Tribunal. Let me remind you that the symbols of the "Third Reich" and the entire structure of the SS were recognized as criminal there. And here we are talking about the SS Division "Galicia". This is not some symbolic name, but an SS unit. Nuremberg banned all SS symbols. And the Supreme Court of Ukraine did not recognize. There is no contradiction. It's all good. This is against the background of the fact that in Ukraine fascist symbols are prohibited by law. What other fascist symbolism is there, if we do not consider the symbols of the SS as fascist? Who created all this and implemented the ideology of the fascists? First of all, the SS with all units.

Of course, neither in Washington, nor in Brussels, nor in public or international organizations is in a hurry to assess the actions of distraught nationalists in Ukraine. All this leads to the fact that such manifestations only increase, strengthens their belief in their own impunity and leads to a prolongation of the conflict and an increase in the number of its victims.

It amazes me that now there are voices of those who believe that it is necessary to create a situation in which Russia will have a desperate situation. You are not creating a hopeless situation for Russia, but for the world. It's obvious. Creating or trying to create a hopeless situation for 1/6 of the land is definitely (without any other interpretation) pushing the planet to a catastrophe of unprecedented proportions.

Unmentioned are the main authors of the Ukraine tragedy, and there are many, including Barak Obama and those telling him what to do. As I've detailed in my articles on the subject, the policy of turning Ukraine into an Anti-Russia and keeping Nazi Ideology alive and well began in 1945 at the instigation of the Outlaw US and British Empires. Unfortunately, those that formulated that policy are now dead and thus escaped facing justice. But we have those who have continued carrying the Nazi Torch, amongst whom are Merkel, Nuland, Biden, Scholtz, Borrell, and a host of others. Thus, in many respects, WW2 never ended as Nazism and Fascism have lived to fight another day under the banner of NATO.

I leave my closing comment to Maria Zakharova's answer to the following question as she puts the situation into better perspective than I:

Question: In Lithuania, at the largest memorial cemetery in honor of the soldiers who fell in the Great Patriotic War, despite the recommendation of the UN Human Rights Committee, the country's authorities decided to demolish six steles. How would you comment on these actions?

Maria Zakharova: This is yet another example of the lawlessness, immorality and degradation of the West.

The process of destroying the Soviet memorial heritage (in this case, the Soviet one) and falsifying history captured the entire Baltic States. The neo-Nazi regimes ruling in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are trying to settle historical scores with Russia, to erase the people's memory of the holy war and the Great Victory. At the same time, even the recommendations of the UN and other international organizations are not a decree for them at all.

We expose the criminal actions of the Balts both bilaterally and on international platforms. I am not talking about the people, but about the regime and those who carry out these truly immoral instructions.

At the same time, many residents of the Baltic states are outraged by the barbaric decisions of the authorities, but are afraid to declare their position publicly in the conditions of unprecedented repressions against "dissidents" unleashed in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. That's "democracy" there.

Recently I heard that a public figure, a representative of the culture of one of the Baltic countries, wondered why we are so concerned about monuments, because they are not in Russia. Anchor that at the state level. So write: "what we want, we do." Recognize that there are no norms of civilization in Latvia, if you wish, you can close any media, demolish monuments, because the regime there thought so. Tell me honestly. No one is against the fact that in the center of Europe there is such a thing. We treat it as immoral. We can't go against what we see.

If some figures who consider themselves cultural figures do not understand to whom these monuments were erected, I will remind you. I suggest reading a history book before talking about such topics and wondering why they are there. These people gave their lives so that people like you would not be killed in gas chambers or burned in villages and hamlets. So that your children born only because of them are not experimented with, so that they do not live in a ghetto.

Let me remind civilized Europe that in the heart of the European continent there were ghettos, where people with yellow armbands on their sleeves were driven away, segregated by the shape of the nose and ears. They gave their lives so that you could live and be happy. Soviet soldiers abandoned their families and sacrificed their lives for you. You (who do not remember either your own or world history) were given these monuments so that you would not completely "dehumanize". They are like an "eyesore on your face", because they make you think and remember what you were like and to whom you swore an oath then. Now you're trying to demolish them. Don't even try. Let us carry this historical memory and remind you what you could be and what you were, swearing allegiance to fascist and neo-Nazi (now) regimes, signing off on your misanthropy. It is not up to you to demolish these monuments. Those who tear down memorials to people who sacrificed their lives for the future of others will be cursed by their peoples in their own countries.

Have you asked permission from your veterans? Go to their graves and in silence ask the question: "Is it possible to turn into barbarians in the XXI century?". Do they give that permission? While the veterans lived in the Baltics, the monuments stood. They knew who brought them life and cherished their historical memory. When almost all veterans "left", then the "rotten" part, calling itself the "liberal public", raised its head. Previously, they did not dare, because the children of concentration camps were alive, including those who were on the territory of the Baltic countries, children who were abducted by the Nazis. Otherwise, they would have been destroyed, kicked out of society. No one would shake hands with them. Generations that testified to crimes by the fact of their existence are gone. Then they took up the monuments.

Indeed, what would be the rath of the dead if they could rise to finish the job, for it's 100% clear that it must be finished for humanity to get on with its peaceful evolution and enjoyment of the Four Freedoms.
