GarageXY (“the Application”) is a vehicle management application designed to help users store and manage information about their vehicles, maintenance records, mileage, expenses, and notes.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use GarageXY.
The developer of GarageXY is Alexander Govorukhin (“Developer”, “we”, “us”).
Your privacy is important to us. GarageXY is designed with privacy in mind and does not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal information.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
GarageXY does not collect any personal data or technical information from users.
We do not collect:
- names;
- email addresses;
- phone numbers;
- account information;
- location data;
- vehicle information;
- maintenance records;
- mileage data;
- expenses or notes;
- device identifiers;
- analytics data;
- advertising data.
The Application does not require registration or account creation.
3. Local Data Storage
GarageXY allows users to enter and manage vehicle-related information, including:
- vehicle details;
- mileage history;
- service and maintenance records;
- fuel or expense records;
- personal notes.
All information entered into GarageXY is stored locally on the user’s device only.
This information:
- is not transmitted to the Developer;
- is not stored on external servers;
- is not shared with third parties;
- is not accessible by the Developer.
The Developer has no ability to access information stored inside the Application on the user’s device.
4. Data Sharing
GarageXY does not share any user information with third parties.
Because the Application does not collect or transmit user data, there is no transfer of personal information to:
- advertising networks;
- analytics providers;
- marketing companies;
- external services;
- third-party databases.
5. Internet Access and Third-Party Services
GarageXY does not use:
- advertising SDKs;
- analytics services;
- tracking technologies;
- third-party data collection tools;
- external databases.
The Application does not require an Internet connection to function.
6. Children’s Privacy
GarageXY is rated 4+ on the App Store and may be used by users of all ages.
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Since no personal data is collected, GarageXY does not create additional privacy risks related to children’s information.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children’s use of applications as part of normal digital safety practices.
7. User Responsibility and Device Security
Because all information is stored locally on the user’s device, users are responsible for protecting their device and its contents.
Users should use appropriate security measures, such as:
- device passwords;
- biometric authentication;
- system backup protection.
If the Application is deleted, locally stored data may also be deleted, unless it is restored through the device’s own backup system (such as Apple iCloud Backup, which is controlled by Apple and outside the Developer’s control).
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights under applicable laws, including rights related to access, deletion, or control of personal information.
Because GarageXY does not collect or store personal information, there is no personal data held by the Developer to access, modify, or delete.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Application or applicable legal requirements.
If GarageXY introduces features that involve data collection, cloud synchronization, analytics, advertising, or any other processing of user information, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such features are introduced.
